Cancellation Form for Hosting Accounts
Be aware that your cancelation notice may be acted upon at any time. Please be sure that you have retrieved a copy of any files you need from your account(s) BEFORE submitting this request. This includes website files +/- database dumps from webhosting servers as well as email and other content from the mail servers +/- webmail interface if you are also terminating your email service. You should not cancel until you have confirmed that your services are up and running from your new hosts' network for at least 24-48 hours.
Note that advising us to terminate your hosting account does not imply any change will happen with your domain name:
- If your domain name registration is remaining with us, you should have already arranged with us to connect it to your new hosts' network, and you should not cancel until you have confirmed that your services are up and running from your new hosts' network for at least 24-48 hours.
- If you are moving your domain name registration away, it is your responsibility to coordinate the transition with your new service provider. Moving the domain and terminating your hosting account will deactivate DNS on our network and will result in downtime if nameservers and DNS entries are not in place at your new host before you terminate.
We will email the email address(es) listed in the account to acknowledge receipt of the termination request. If you also wish us to notify a different email address, please put that email address in the "Additional Email Address" field below.
