- We accept Visa and MasterCard. Charges to credit cards are made by us in Canadian dollar amounts. If you are not in Canada, your credit card issuer will then convert and debit your account in the appropriate currency.
- We can also accept money orders or personal checks (by prior arrangement, subject to approval and holding period), but of course, you risk losing your chosen domain name if someone else beats you to it while we are waiting for your payment to arrive by mail. For mailed payments we offer the flexibility and ease of paying either in $CAD or $US funds. Please note that non $US money orders MUST be International money orders. We are no longer able to cash the the ones saying 'Cashable in US only'.
- We can also accept PayPal (by prior arrangement, subject to approval).
- All domain name registration or renewal fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a failed order that is beyond your control. If the registry fails your request in such a case, we will refund in full any credit card payments for domain names. Mailed and PayPal payments for domain names will be refunded minus a $7 CAD administrative fee. Alternately, you may choose to have us apply the amount you paid as a credit on your next order.
Your failure to maintain current contact information is NOT a valid reason for refund. i.e. you will not get a refund if your domain record has your outdated email address which then prevents you from confirming a transfer-renewal. In many cases, a registration or renewal attempt can be resubmitted once the issue causing the failure has been corrected i.e. you update your email address so the transfer can be completed.
When fees are non-refundable, however, your account will still be credited the amount paid. As such, you will have a corresponding prepayment on your next order.
